LLC “Eco Baltia vide” provides management of household waste to individuals and legal entities in line with the environmental requirements of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union and regulatory enactments of the industry.
Currently, LLC “Eco Baltia vide” provides household waste management in Riga, Babīte, Mārupe, Ādaži and Salaspils Municipalities.
We will locate the most suitable household waste containers for the needs and possibilities of the client, as well as ensure their timely emptying.
We provide waste management services at different mass events – concerts, sports competitions, city holidays, festivals, etc.
Household waste is waste produced by a household and not suitable for recycling:
- kitchen waste
- dirty, greasy packaging
- wet, dirty paper and cardboard
- plastic packaging with food waste
- ceramics
It is forbidden to throw the following in a household waste container:
- liquid waste
- construction waste
- environmentally harmful and hazardous waste (fluorescent lamps, bulbs,
- thermometers, batteries, medicines and medical waste, car remnants, solvents, varnishes and paint remnants, electrical, and electronic devices)
It is forbidden to throw the following materials eligible for recycling in a household waste container:
- PET (plastic bottles), household chemical bottles (laundry detergents, laundry softeners, etc.), hygiene and cosmetic plastic bottles (shampoos, conditioners, etc.), flattened beverage cans, metal vials (deodorant, hair lacquer, etc.)
- Glass bottles and jars
- Clean and dry paper and cardboard packaging, newspapers, books
