Sale of polymer packaging

SIA “Eco Baltia vide” accepts used polymer packaging from legal entities and individuals at its collection site, situated at: Getliņu iela 5, Rumbula, Stopiņi Parish  and ensures the placement of containers for the collection of such packaging.

 

We offer legal entities mutually beneficial long-term cooperation agreements on the collection and sale of polymer packaging materials.

 

Detailed specifications of accepted materials:

 

  • Transparent PET bottles – colourless PET bottles, pressed and baled, without admixtures of film or HD bottles. PET household chemicals bottles, coated bottles with PVC labels, OPAC bottles, PET sheets, any plastic bags not accepted. Accepted admixtures (up to 2%): plastics and other materials, without dirt, soil, rocks, hazardous or medical waste.
  • PET mix – coloured PET bottles in various sizes, pressed and baled, without admixtures of film or HD bottles. PET household chemicals bottles, coated bottles (large PVC labels), any plastic bags not accepted.
  • PET blue – blue or light-blue PET bottles in various sizes, pressed and baled, without admixtures of film or HD bottles. PET household chemicals bottles, any plastic bags not accepted.
  • Transparent PET blanks – transparent PET blanks in the form of capsules. Laminated materials or PET sheets not accepted.
  • PET blanks mix – coloured PET blanks in the form of capsules. Laminated materials or PET sheets not accepted.
  • HDPE jugs – white or coloured jugs (for window fluid, mineral fertiliser) and drums. Allowed admixtures (up to 2%): plastics and other materials, without dirt, soil, rocks, hazardous or medical waste.
  • HDPE mix – separate used containers, hard HDPE boxes.
  • HDPE bottles – small HDPE bottles (ketchup, shampoo). Allowed admixtures of other plastics – up to 10% (PP bottles).
  • PP Big Bag – white BB bags, some yellowing or greyish tint accepted. Allowed admixtures (up to 2%): plastics and other materials, without dirt, soil, rocks, hazardous or medical waste. Up to 5% of smaller PP bags such as woven so-called “sugar bags” accepted.
  • PP hard plastic – black or other colours of plastic crate (for fruit). Bread crates are HDPE.
  • PP tape – multicoloured PET/PP tape, admixtures of other plastics materials up to 2%.
  • PP buckets – PP buckets and covers (mayonnaise, construction materials – white and other colours).
  • Agrifilm – agrifilm (white, green) (LDPE or silage tape) without BB, PP tape, HD jugs, netting or cord. Allowed admixtures of soil and other organics – up to 10%. Black agrifilm should not exceed 5%.
  • LDPE 95/5 – only clean LDPE, white or slightly greyish, yellowed in places, lightly soiled, clear. Baled using metal wire (10-20 EUR/t price reduction if PP tape is used between layers in bales). Allowed admixtures of other colours of tape (coloured tape, stickers, labels, PP tapes, small printed area) – up to 5%. This category includes BB liners, identified by binders. No admixtures of PP film, HDPE film (rustling matte film – shopping bags), multicoloured film (including white), callback, paper, PET sheets, pieces of coloured film, netting, old disintegrating film (unfit for processing) e.g. greenhouse film, metal, food waste, any soil or sand, hazardous or medical waste accepted.
  • LDPE mix (A) – LDPE mix film, large pieces of coloured film, clean film, including construction tape. Allowed admixtures (up to 5%): HD bottles, PET chemical bottles, PP and HDPE bags (rustling shopping bags), other admixtures of hard plastic or wood. Admixtures of hazardous or medical waste not accepted.
  • LDPE M/B – black and white or white tape from agriculture, with admixtures of soil, peat, dirty. Dirty film from the wood industry. Allowed admixtures (up to 5%): HD bottles, PET chemical bottles, PP and HDPE bags (rustling shopping bags), other admixtures of hard plastic or wood. Admixtures of hazardous or medical waste not accepted.
  • LDPE bottles – soft, matte LDPE bottles (medical NaCl3 fluid bottles) without needles.
